Return/Refund Policy at PrimeGiftServices is as below:
- We at PrimeGiftService, take unusual care in value of our services and products but if any customer is still not completely happy with your purchase, he/she may return the product within 2 working days from the date of receipt for replacement with strong and valid reason. Before shipping any order, we record measurement part of the dress and preserve them in record so that if any misfit case arises we first inspect it by scrutiny measurements from our record.
- All returned items must be returned to our office in Pakistan at customer’s own expense and customer’s own responsibility
- The shipping will not be refunded.
- Custom orders are not acceptable for returns, or exchanges unless/otherwise they are sent incorrect, faulty or not fit accordance to the size ordered. Please note that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 48 hours of receipt the item. Perishable, Oversize or hazardous-material items cannot be accepted for returns. Products that have been worn, ironed, steamed or washed, after receipt, will not be returned or exchanged. Outfits that have any stains, emit, body odors or perfume fragrances, have any kind of iron scripts or water stains will not be accepted for returns/exchanges.
- Any custom made orders (Wear with unusual sizes) and perishable items like chocolates, flowers, fruits, cakes, mithai are not refundable at all.
- You should notify us within 1 hour of order being placed, if you are ordering cakes, flowers, fruits, chocolates, mithai and you wish to change or cancel your order.
- Items can be returned to our office in Pakistan. A minimum of 15% handling fee will be charged for all refunds and exchanges.
